You will be required to provide the following list of information to your mortgage professional to finalize the mortgage:

Confirmation of income or employment earnings
Current bank information
Evidence of your down payment
List of assets
List of liabilities
Contact information for your lawyer or notory
Copy of the Contract of Purchase and Sale
Copy of the MLS listing (can be provided free to clients of Stan Shawn)
Copy of the BC Assessment Authority Tax Report (can be provided free to clients of Stan Shawn)
Contract and building plans if your home is being built
