I had a property in the interior of BC that I was (up until now) unable to get a real estate broker to be interested in selling for me.It was too far away being in the Kootenays and not of interest to Vancouver real estate people. However I am living in Vancouver right now and was looking for an agent here in town.

Stan made the extra effort for me and listed my property nation wide and made special mailings to local agents to feature my listing in their area. He composed a beautiful newsletter with images which he sent out. We decided to give ourselves two weeks to feature the property and then go out to the location and make a grand showing to all interested buyers. In the end he showed the property four times in one day and got two bids on it. The property was sold the next day for my asking price and I am more than happy that the whole transaction happpened so smooothly and graciously with all parties getting what they wanted.
